By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site.
Use of Website
This website is provided for general information, browsing, and purchasing purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
Content, product descriptions, and travel information are provided in good faith but may change without notice.
Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in AUD.
- Prices may change at any time without notice.
- Product availability depends on supplier stock, as Mobility & Beyond operates as a dropshipping retailer.
- Travel package availability depends on wholesaler and operator availability.
For more detail, see Refunds & Returns.
Regional & Remote Freight
Mobility & Beyond ships products directly from our suppliers. Freight costs are determined by the supplier, courier, product size, and delivery location.
Deliveries to regional, rural, or remote areas may attract additional freight charges, including but not limited to:
- Northern Territory (outside major centres)
- Remote Western Australia
- Regional and outback Queensland
- Regional South Australia
- Tasmania
- Any location classified by couriers as “remote” or “outside standard delivery zones”
If additional freight applies:
- You will be notified before your order is processed
- Your order will not be confirmed until you approve the revised freight cost
- You may choose to proceed, cancel, or provide an alternative delivery address
Large or heavy items (e.g., ramps, scooters, beds, hoists) may require:
- Tail‑lift delivery
- Two‑person delivery
- Special handling fees
These charges are set by the supplier or courier and will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Specifications, Assembly & Technician Requirements
Some mobility products — including scooters, powerchairs, lift chairs, adjustable beds, and other powered or mechanical devices — require professional assembly, setup, and handover to ensure safe operation and to maintain supplier warranty conditions.
Mobility & Beyond does not provide assembly services. Customers are responsible for arranging their own qualified mobility technician.
For products supplied by Top Gun Mobility, the following conditions apply:
- A qualified mobility technician must be arranged by the customer.
- The technician must liaise directly with Top Gun Mobility regarding assembly, setup, safety checks, and handover requirements.
- Top Gun Mobility will not dispatch the product until they are satisfied that the technician is appropriately qualified and capable of assembling the product according to the manufacturer’s specifications and safety procedures.
- If Top Gun Mobility determines that the technician does not meet their requirements, dispatch may be delayed until a suitable technician is confirmed.
- Incorrect or unauthorised self‑assembly may void the supplier warranty and may result in unsafe operation.
If you need guidance on the type of technician to use, Mobility & Beyond can provide general recommendations.
Payment
- We accept approved payment methods at checkout.
- Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.
- Travel bookings may require deposits, staged payments, or supplier‑specific payment terms.
