Evening Experience – Field of Light & Sounds of Silence Dinner (Approx. 4.5 hrs)
Tonight, you will enjoy one of the most extraordinary experiences — the award-winning Sounds of Silence Dinner, combined with the world-renowned Field of Light installation by artist Bruce Munro.
Your evening begins with a convenient hotel pick-up and transfer to a remote desert location with sweeping views of Uluru. As the sun sinks below the horizon, enjoy gourmet canapés, chilled sparkling wine, and the atmospheric sounds of a didgeridoo.
As darkness falls, the desert transforms. More than 50,000 glass spheres illuminate the landscape, glowing softly in waves of colour. You’ll be seated at a shared table under the stars for a three-course bush-tucker inspired buffet, paired with Australian wines and beers.
After dinner, a resident star talker will guide you through the southern night sky, decoding constellations and sharing stories of the universe. Telescopes are available for an even closer look at the Outback’s famously clear skies.
Your host will then introduce the Field of Light installation before inviting you to wander the illuminated pathways at your own pace — a magical, immersive experience that feels otherworldly.
A return transfer to your hotel concludes this unforgettable first night in Uluru.
